The standing charge for both tap water and waste water services will increase above inflation.
The sole States shareholder in Guernsey Water, the STSB, has lodged the legislation with the Greffe for inclusion in the December billet.
It proposes increasing the standing charge for tap water by 4.5% and the standing charge for wastewater by 4.1%.
The usage charge for drinking water will go up by 8.8%.
The wastewater usage charge also goes up for both domestic and business customers.
Inflation in Guernsey is currently 3.3%.
The STSB is also applying to vary mooring, airport and waste dumping charges.
