The Bailiwick's A-Level students have pipped English pupils to the post in their A level results.
The overall pass rate (A* - E grades) in Guernsey is 98.4% this year; in comparison, England's overall pass rate is 97.1%.
21.5% of students opened their results to A's and A*'s this morning.
In the UK, the number of pupils achieving the top marks was slightly higher at 27.6%.
Students at the Sixth Form Centre achieved a 98.4% pass rate.
At Ladies College, the pass rate was 90% with 70% getting an A* to C grade.
Blanchelande is reporting a 98% pass rate, with 61% getting grades A* to C.
A spokesperson from the school said:
"Congratulations to all our students receiving their A Level results today!
"We're incredibly proud of your hard work and dedication.
"Whether you're stepping into the world of work or continuing your journey in higher education, we wish you every success in this exciting next chapter!"
Education committee president Deputy Andrea Dudley-Owen has this message for all islanders receiving Level 3 results:
"On behalf of the Committee, I wish everyone receiving results today the very best in whatever they choose to do next in their lives, whether continuing their formal education or moving into a career.
"I would also like to acknowledge the hard work of the teachers and lecturers who have supported these students during their post-16 studies. Congratulations to all.”
