The franchise for Costa Coffee shops in the Channel Islands will get a £300,000.
Scoffs Group has taken over the franchise for the four outlets in Jersey and Guernsey from Sandpiper CI.
It already operates 110 Costa Coffee sites in the UK.
There are shops on Queen Street in St Helier and in St Aubin's village, and in Guernsey on Lower Pollett and the Bridge.
Antony Tagliamonti, CEO of Scoffs Group, has promised a refurbishment of the existing stores.
“As part of this acquisition, we are investing over £300,000 to upgrade the stores to Costa Coffee’s latest design and technology standards.
"This includes enhanced digital capabilities and refreshed interiors, ensuring our customers enjoy the very best experience."
The company says it looks forward to building on the 'strong foundations' established by Sandpiper CI.
It has also hinted at possible expansion in the islands, saying it will 'continue to explore potential sites.'
