The top prize for the 2018 Channel Islands Christmas Lottery is up to £600,000
It will continue to rise as more tickets are sold, which increased in price to £3 each this year.
The price hike came as a new structure was introduced for the Channel Islands Christmas Lottery, with more prizes up for grabs.
Organisers are hoping the jackpot exceeds last year's high of just over £1 million, with the money going to local good causes.
The winning numbers will be drawn on Thursday 20 December.
