Another 44 English regions are moving into the red category on Jersey's traffic light system for safe travel from Saturday 31 October.
Arrivals from the likes of Southampton, Ipswich, Southend, Basingstoke, Dorset, and East Devon will have to isolate for two weeks.
Torridge will be the only remaining green region in England.
There are just four areas of France not in the red category, with everyone coming to Jersey from Ireland now facing a fortnight in quarantine.

Arrivals from green areas must isolate until getting a negative border test result. They must get another test on Day 5.
People coming to Jersey from amber regions must get a border test, isolate for five days, and can then exit isolation if that Day 5 test comes back negative.
Arrivals from red regions must isolate for two weeks.
