EasyJet will fly between Jersey and Birmingham for summer 2024.
The airline has announced it will operate the route from 1 April next year.
Flights will run on Sundays, Mondays and Wednesdays.
EasyJet currently has services to the island from Gatwick, Luton, Manchester, Liverpool and Glasgow, as well as seasonal flights to Edinburgh, Belfast and Amsterdam.
Jersey will also be added as a destination from Birmingham to the easyJet Holidays brand.
Matt Thomas, Ports of Jersey CEO, says it is a further boost to the island’s tourism sector and ‘welcome confirmation of easyJet’s intention to continue developing traffic and tourism to Jersey.’
The airport signed a new five year deal with the airline earlier this year.
Birmingham-Jersey is currently served by Blue Islands.
