Jersey are off the blocks at the Island Games in Guernsey, ending day one second in the medals table.
There were golds for Lucy Woodward in the triple jump, and for the men's triathlon team, where Ollie Turner took silver, finishing second to Guernsey's Josh Lewis.

He told Channel 103 how he felt:
"I think it's more relief that I had finished. I didn't have to keep pushing. It is one better than Gibraltar. I think I was within a good shot of the win today, but I just didn't have what Josh (Lewis) had today - he was incredible."
There was also silver for the women's triathlon team and and individual silver for Kimberley Garrett.
Jersey's women took silver in triathlon. Guernsey took gold.
The other two silver came in the shooting, bring the tally to five.
Elsewhere, there were mixed fortunes on the football pitch with the men beating Gozo 1-0, while the women suffered a 4-0 defeat to Bermuda.

Guernsey enjoyed a gold rush on the first day of sporting competition with seven gold.
