A man has been detained on suspicion of outraging public decency at Jersey's Liberation Bus Station.
The 45-year-old was reported to police for touching himself, arrested a couple of days later and then charged.
He's described as around 5"5 tall, with dark hair and wearing a white T-shirt with jeans.
Officers want to speak to anyone who saw what happened at 2:45pm last Tuesday afternoon (10th September), especially a young woman in her late teens or early twenties who was sitting by Bay H.
