A 57-year-old man is being transported to hospital after suffering a 'medical incident' on Princes Tower Road.
The road is now open, but the incident has led to major traffic congestion at the Five Oaks roundabout.
Roadworks are currently taking place in the area. The incident didn't happen on the roadworks, but on the diversion route.
The Emergency Services have been on the scene helping the casualty.
Motorists are asked to avoid the Five Oaks roundabout if possible.
