Jersey Police say a phone was smashed on the ground during a road rage incident last week (Tuesday 5 April).
The force says the driver of a silver BMW got into an argument with a woman on Beach Road at around 2:50pm after he beeped his horn at a delivery driver blocking his path.
Another man then intervened and argued with the driver, which officers say led to his phone being smashed.
The driver is in his 40s and around 6ft tall. He was balding, had a ginger beard and was wearing a pink sweatshirt, shorts and trainers.
The other man was described as being in his late 20s, around 5ft9 tall, and wearing a dark jacket and trousers with a baseball cap.
