Jersey Police want witnesses to what they're treating as a racially aggravated assault.
It's alleged a group of teenagers attacked another group at La Fregate at around 11pm on Friday 2 May.
Traffic cones were thrown at people sitting at one of the tables.
Police say between 10-12 youths were involved.
It is believed many people were in the area at the time, and officers want to speak to anyone who saw what happened or who can identify those involved.
"Anyone with any information is asked to contact police on 612612 or the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or via their Anonymous Online Form at Crimestoppers-uk.org."
