There will be no further action taken against Deputy Montfort Tadier, who has been found to have breached the States Members' Code of Conduct.
The Reform politician was suspended as an Assistant Minister for two months over an email he sent calling for a senior health official to be sacked.
That official was copied into the email.
Deputy Tadier said sorry for the exchange and referred himself to the Commissioner for Standards.
Paul Kernaghan found him in breach of the code.
Deputy Tadier was invited to discuss the case but didn't respond, though he did meet with Privileges and Procedures last week ahead of it 'reaching its own view on the matter.'
In a report to the States Assembly, PPC says it does not consider that there is a need for any further sanctions in relation to this matter.'
