Two thirds of members of a civil service union have rejected the States Employment Board's latest pay offer.
JCSA Prospect says last night, 66% of members voted against the proposed pay deal for 2018 to 2020.
Union rep, Terry Renouf, tells Channel 103 members are standing their ground:
"There's definitely a willingness from people to keep up the fight, as indicated by two thirds of members still saying they're not satisfied with the offer. We've got to wait now until we can sit down with the employer to see what can be done to try and reach a negotiated settlement if that's possible."
