Islanders are being reminded not to go to the hospital if they have symptoms of COVID-19 or the flu.
Jersey's Health Department is reminding people of the guidance after COVID-19 has been reported in one of the hospital's wards.
More masks are appearing in the hospital as a result, and in an attempt to prevent seasonal illnesses from spreading.
The guidance helps to protect vulnerable patients receiving care.
IMPORTANT UPDATE (please share): We're currently seeing an increase in respiratory illnesses, including COVID‑19, across our services.
